2-Day Desert Tour from Ouarzazate
A short escape from Ouarzazate to the great dunes of Erg Chebbi, with a night at Camp Sakura.
Short on time, big on desert. Starting from Ouarzazate, this two-day tour brings you through the Skoura oasis, the Valley of Roses and the Todra Gorge to the highest dunes in Morocco, for a sunset camel trek and a night of dinner, music and stars at Camp Sakura Desert Dream.
Day 1 · Ouarzazate to Skoura, Todra Gorge and the Merzouga dunes
Morning pick-up in Ouarzazate, then east through the Skoura palm grove and the Valley of Roses, with a stop to walk the spectacular Todra Gorge. We reach Merzouga in the late afternoon, in time for your sunset camel trek over the dunes to the camp. Dinner, Berber music around the fire, and your night in a luxury tent.
Day 2 · Sunrise over the dunes, return to Ouarzazate
Catch the sunrise from the top of a dune, then return for breakfast at the camp. We drive back to Ouarzazate by the southern route, dropping you at your hotel by early evening.

On request we can arrange a drop-off in Marrakech, Fes or Errachidia instead of returning to Ouarzazate; the price adjusts with the distance. Mention it when you ask for your quote.
